Brussels Airlines and Jet Airways add Bangkok to their offer thanks to their close partnership

One year after its launch, the partnership between Brussels Airlines and Jet Airways is being reinforced. Thanks to a new codeshare agreement, Brussels Airlines and Jet Airways passengers can now travel smoothly between Brussels and Bangkok, capital of Thailand.

Brussels Airlines and Jet Airways have been working in close cooperation since the Jet Airways’ start in Brussels, in August 2007. Thanks to this codeshare agreement, Brussels Airlines' customers can buy tickets for the daily flights to Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai operated by Jet Airways. Vice versa, Jet Airways' passengers can benefit from the extended Brussels Airlines' network offer and from excellent connections at Brussels Airport to reach the 4 corners of Europe as well as 16 destinations in Africa.

From today on, Jet Airways and Brussels Airlines will go one step further in their cooperation. Brussels Airlines and Jet Airways’ passengers can now travel smoothly between the European capital and Bangkok. The Thai capital is easily reachable via a direct Delhi-Bangkok flight that perfectly connects to the arrival of the daily Brussels-Delhi codeshare service (and vice versa on the Bangkok-Brussels route).

The codeshare agreement gives Brussels Airlines the opportunity to put its 'SN' code on all flights, which are operated by Jet Airways with Airbus A330 and 737 aircraft to Bangkok. On board, Brussels Airlines' passengers will enjoy the exceptional in-flight service and the comfort Jet Airways is renowned for. Brussels Airlines' passengers can earn miles for the Privilege Frequent Flyer Program on all flights of this new Brussels-Bangkok service.

Up until now, people travelling from Belgium to Bangkok had no other choice than to fly via London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam or Zurich, thereby often loosing precious time. This new Brussels Airlines / Jet Airways long-haul service offers them a much more comfortable alternative.
