Economic heart
Thanks to this new service to the EuroAirport, Brussels Airlines adds an important region to its European network. The airport is conveniently located within minutes of the three cities in the three different countries (Switzerland, France & Germany). From an economic point of view, this border region is the beating heart thanks to the presence of numerous companies from the entire industry (pharmaceutical, chemical, transport & logistics, industrial production & banking). The region also has a lot to offer to tourists. Basle, the third largest city of Switzerland, with its impressive historic centre and over 40 museums, is well worth a visit.
