Brussels Airlines offers flight reservations on Facebook

Brussels Airlines has been embracing the digital evolution since two years now and their presence on Facebook and Twitter is appreciated by passengers who can count on a personal and instant customer service on these platforms. Today the airline adds flight booking to the possibilities, by launching its internet booking engine on Facebook, together with a selection of the best flight promotions of the moment.

"It was an evident choice to create a link to our reservation system on Facebook, since it is the most used social network and a good place to engage with our passengers", says Kim Daenen, Social Media Manager of Brussels Airlines.

Brussels Airlines also offers weekly social media promotions on Twitter and Facebook, with the recent launch of Thank God it’s Flyday, where you can purchase a b.flex economy+ ticket for the price of a b.light economy ticket.

Brussels Airlines offers customer service to its passengers on the go. "Twitter is an excellent medium for that, since a lot of our passengers use it on their mobile phones, while they travel with us. We strive to answer every question within one hour and to offer a solution to the problem within 12 hours."
