Brussels Airlines selects Datalex as ecommerce retail platform

In order to further improve its ecommerce website, Brussels Airlines has selected Datalex’s Travel Distribution Platform (‘TDP’) as its new ecommerce retail platform.

As part of its new commercial strategy, Brussels Airlines, the leading airline company in Belgium, will implement a new ecommerce platform this year. The platform is designed to bring a more user-friendly experience to flight booking. Visitors of brusselsairlines.com will benefit from a transparent display of the Brussels Airlines product features from the start of their flight search, helping them make an informed selection of the offer that best suits their needs.

“With the Datalex platform, we are placing the promise of great service, transparent products, choice and flexibility for our guests at the core of our primary customer touch point: our website”

-- Xavier Lagardère, VP Online Retail & Distribution at Brussels Airlines

“We thank Brussels Airlines for this opportunity to enable their retail vision today and for the future.  We look forward to a successful partnership with Brussels Airlines to keep offering more value to their guests online.”

-- Aidan Brogan, Chief Executive Officer, Datalex
